1 When will the request reach me?
Depending on the shipping company chosen and the responsible delivery agent, we provide a network of shipping partners based in major cities. Typically, it takes 1 to 3 days for your order to be confirmed.
2 Is there delivery outside the country?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with deliver only within the country and some cities specified on the delivery page.
For international delivery requests, please contact our store team via WhatsApp with product weight and pricing details. We will assist you with international freight forwarders not currently registered in our store.
3 What if I receive a product with a manufacturing defect?
Please refer to our return policy for conditions on returns and exchanges. If a defect is confirmed, shipping costs are calculated according to the company policy, with freight returned to the customer. Product cost refunds are handled as per the return policy.
